Brand Impersonation and Employment Scam Alert

It has come to our attention that scammers are impersonating 95Visual to offer fake job opportunities, which later lead into cryptocurrency scams. They’re using names like “95VISUAL Company”, “95Visual PPC”, and others to appear legitimate. They are even going as far as to use our company brand colors (points for staying on brand, I guess).

To be clear: 95Visual is a marketing agency based in the U.S. We do not offer jobs via text, we do not run crypto platforms, and we are not affiliated with any investment offers or apps.

What We’re Doing:

  • Reporting the fraud to federal and state authorities
  • Filing complaints with domain registrars and hosting providers
  • Tracking and shutting down fake websites and accounts

What You Can Do:

  • Do not respond to suspicious job offers using our name.
  • Do not send money or crypto.
  • Report the fraud to reportfraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov
  • If unsure, contact us directly at 95visual.com/contact.

I take this abuse of our name and the harm it causes very seriously. We’re committed to continuing to support our clients and partners with integrity.
